Time:   9pm to 1am (boarding starts at 8.30pm and yacht departs 9.00pm sharp)

Where: Yacht Mirage, Pierhead, V& A Waterfront (Opposite the Clock Tower)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • This ticket is only valid for one trip and is not transferable for cash.
  •  Right of admission is reserved and all passengers bear the sole risk of injury to their person or loss or damage to their property from whatsoever cause arising, and knowledge that they waive and abandon any claim or claims which they may have against the Owners, Master or crew of the vessel arising from any cause whatsoever including the negligent action or omission of the Owner’s Master or crew of the vessel. (including while embarking and disembarking)
  • The Operator will be free from liability for failing to provide a service due to industrial action, unsuitable weather conditions technical problems or other events beyond the Operators reasonable control.
  • Charters will go ahead regardless of weather conditions and will be at the discretion of the Master.
  • Once onboard the vessel, passengers fall under the direct legal authority of the Master on the vessel and undertake to comply with any instructions/requests made during the cruise.
  • The Owner has the right to charge passengers for damages they do to the vessel, her fittings and fixtures through negligence, misconduct or other means.
  • Passengers are at all times to undertake to conduct themselves in such a manner as not to cause offense or discomfort to other passengers and crew.
