Tickets can be purchased at the door , but suggest online purchases for queuing stress.The venue is undercover and has an authentic eastern cape vibe, sadly we cannot reserve tables so suggest early arrivals to get a good seat and place. You can choose the sneezewood pole to lean on ! We welcome you to our Bush pub in our rustic and chilled vibe. Please note we are licenced, with a full bar.

We will be serving light meals, which are self served at the kitchen hatch onsite. These prices are listed on the day of the event, and a seperate charge.

Biography 

Jack & June is a duo founded by Jacqueline Tolken and Peter Hoven. Established in 2016 and based in Gauteng, South Africa. While Jacqueline and Peter continue their solo endeavours, the duo perform a varied, unique style and range of music drawing on vocal harmonies, delivering original and cover acoustic music. A modern interpretation of blues, soul and rock 'n' roll which delights audiences time after time.  

Peter Hoven has been honing his skills in the local music industry for the past 15 years and his career has yielded two solo albums, No Apologies and Letting Go and various other collaborations over the years. He also forms part of the very popular band Ses Snare, who continues to tour and perform throughout the country on a regular basis. 

After 10 years abroad, Jacqueline Tolken returned to South Africa in June 2016, where she continued to pursue a career in music, performing at live music venues, weddings, private functions. In 2017 she was a contestant on The Voice SA, Season 2 (Top 32) and since then she has done various collaborations and she has released 3 singles. She is currently working on recording her upcoming debut album, “7 Years of Bad Luck”, which will be release by the end of the year.  

Jack & June can be seen performing at various venues across South Africa and they are doing a coastal summer tour kicking off in December 2018
