Learn to Meditate
Buddha taught that meditation is the main source of inner peace. In these very busy times meditation is indispensable for developing a calm, balanced and peaceful mind. About the teacher:
Jonathan has joined us from our Cape Town centre and is a student on the Foundation study programme for over 10 years. He is a sincere and dedicated student with a deep appreciation for Kadampa Buddhism.
