Chirstmas Beer and Gin Yoga 2018 - Pretoria

Beer Yoga is hosting their 4th event.

Tawana Randall Yoga and Frank Rawson are partnering with Ledgends Brewery SA to host Christmas Beer Yoga Pretoria at at Rustica Restaurant and Cocktail Terrace.

The class will incorporate Beer, Gin and Wine drinking into yoga poses, whether it's by balancing the bottle on your head or taking a few sips while settling into a pose so yogis are downing a beverage (or two) throughout the course of the Vinyasa session.

We will see for if the joy of drinking beer and the mindfulness of yoga compliment each other and make for an energising experience.

You are under no obligation to drink during your yoga class and can save your drinking for afterward.
