Join us for Startup week as we are explore the application of entrepreneurship in different ways at our Khayelitsha event on the 5th of December.
The event is a result of collaboration between tech organisations Silicon Cape, Heavy Chef, Startup Grind Cape Town, Startupbootcamp Afritech, Workshop17, Inner City Cartel Ideas and the Cape Innovation & Technology Initiative - CiTi.
We will have two amazing speakers sharing valuable insights on building and marketing your brand.
Keynote by Abigail Mbalo
Founder and Creative Director of 4roomed Ekasi Culture is a Dental Technologist by profession. After a sucessful career in that field she swopped her laboratory coat to follow her passion for food, participating as a contestant on Master Chef and later starting her own company. 4roomed Ekasi Culture has recently received the prestigious Lilizela award by South African tourism. Abigail is an expert in both, personal and business branding and will share her unique insight.
Workshop on Marketing & Branding by Jessica Berg
Her workshop will help you leverage your brand by giving comprehensive marketing strategies and practical advise on communication and brand management. Jessica has over 18 years of marketing experience in the field of services, tourism, food, medical, health & care, industry, trade and energy.
