ABOUT
SA Property Investors Network www.sapropertynetwork.com invites you to an inspiring evening of sharing new property investment insights, updates, education and networking.
For many investors it has been a whirlwind year and we’re only too glad to be slowing down slightly. This is an opportunity to reflect on our goals, achievements, successes and failures over the past year as well as to set new goals for 2019 to realistically achieve even more in the coming year.
THEME:
If we can, so can you: a goal setting event for 2019!
Our guest speakers on the night will not simply be a single speaker but a selection of ordinary yet inspirational investors who are premium members of our network and who have achieved impressive results in their relatively short property investment careers. They will be detailing their methods of getting started and growing their respective businesses as well as showcasing the deals they were able to close towards a financially free future.
KEYNOTE SPEAKERS:
1.) Teren Ramnundlall
Teren is part-time property investor, he bought his first investment property in October 2017. He has since been involved with various property deals. Teren will be discussing on how to get started and some of what he has learnt over the past year.
2.) Retha van Rooyen
Retha started with property in September 2016 and was employed as an IT consultant before. After investing in coaching she managed to acquire 11 properties in her first year. She now focusses on small developments, blocks of flats and specialize in deal structuring and passive income properties.
3.) Taurai Jack (TJ)
TJ started his property journey in December 2016 with over R 5 million bad debt – no bank would loan him money. He started off by sourcing properties and today he co-owns and runs successful businesses. These businesses have concluded over R20 million worth of Investment into Rental properties located primarily in Johannesburg and Cape Town.
4.) Laurens Boel
In order to assist you towards your goals, your vision and your freedom we will also be joined for a mini-workshop on goal setting by published author, motivational speaker and investor Laurens, sharing some tips and tricks on setting realistic, achievable goals for 2019 and ways to keep yourself and your team accountable in order to ensure success in achieving them.
As we celebrate the success that was 2018 and look forward to what 2019 bring, come and join us at this final inspirational event.
Since it is our festive event we will also be doing some giveaways and prizes for our members on the evening.
