Starters: Trout Three Ways
Trout gravadlax, trout croquette, smoked trout mousse with pea puree, watercress and radishes.

Mains: Herb crusted pork fillet with cauliflower puree, braised celery, baby carrots and baby apples.

Dessert: Chocolate Delight
Praline crumb with dark chocolate mousse, mixed berry gel, whipped cream and mixed berries.
