Join us for a morning of celebrating all things female and learning about healthy hormonal function. Are you struggling to find hormonal health? We will be diving deeper into period health, hormonal acne and tracking your cycle to help you live in the flow of your life and in harmony with your body.
We will be serving up amazing food from WHOLE - Bowl Food for Balance in accordance with the four phases of your menstrual cycle. Each meal offering a different nutritional value and teaching you how to eat right for your body and hormones.
Melissa Delport from The Truffle Journal, a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach will be sharing her journey with PCOS and contraception and how whole foods and lifestyle changes have helped her find balance and hormonal health. After years of believing that there was no alternative to the pill to alleviate the debilitating symptoms of PCOS; she discovered mindful eating and lifestyle changes that nourished her endocrine system and allowed her to heal her PCOS symptoms.
Keri Bainborough, the creator of La Luna La Femme, will be talking about the rising of the divine feminine, the benefits of tracking your menstrual cycle and using the moon to live a life of intention, manifestation, and abundance.
Julie @julesinflow is a yoga instructor by trade and by passion. She teaches from the heart and from the lessons learned through her own journey into awareness. She believes in yoga as a tool to cultivate a deeper and more intimate relationship with ourselves, by connecting back to the wisdom contained in your body. Jules will be taking us on a journey inward with a Yin class designed to drop us into the feminine.
Natalie Jepson is a brand communicator and owner of RitualKind, a holistic wellness brand aimed at creating a kinder mindset through the art of ritual with a strong focus on self love. Her passion for finding ways to tap in to your intuition, stop negative thought cycles and approach your life with a greater sense of self worth and kindness are founded on her own personal on going journey and her aim is to help others find a deeper more connective sense of self that elevates them to a space of true connection.
The class will begin at 8:30, wear something comfortable and bring a journal if you have one to take notes.
We will also be sharing the talents of local women creating magic in their own unique ways through art, craft, and food.
