Creative mixology experiences

The mixology made easy workshop has been created to introduce you and your friends to the versatility of Corona by showcasing it in cocktails while breaking down the stigma that cocktails are difficult to make.  

We’ll guide you through the process and techniques and at the end you’ll be on your way to being a renowned bartender in your social circles.

Here is the basic Run though of what you can expect :

Arrival from: 6pm

Welcome Drink – An ice-cold Corona & Lime

Welcome and introduction: 6:30 

Our head mixologist will welcome you and your guests

Each person will have a full mixology kit in front of them and will be guided through all equipment and their specific uses.

Now the real fun begins – it’s your turn to shake and make…

Cocktail 1 – Explained and demonstrated by our mixologist

Then It’s your turn to try and recreate the cocktail under our team’s guidance.

Shaken or stirred it’s all up to taste – balanced and delicious it’s time to sip and enjoy your own creation as you catch up with your friends.

Light Snacks will be served while you mingle.

Cheesy Nachos with Guacamole, Salsa & Sour Cream (v)

Chicken Soft shell taco with Cheese, Tomato Salsa and Chipotle Relish

**If you are still hungry our kitchen is open and happy to serve – just order off the menu.

With spirits high - its back to the mixing station for the second cocktail creation.

Now it’s truly time to get your shake on as the Blank team demonstrate and show you some more tricks of the trade.

Shake, taste and enjoy the rest of your night.
