Spiritual Breath-Work - A guide to Experiencing Divine Energy
Join me for a transformational journey of Breath and Meditation. During this seminar, I will help you transform emotional blockages and open your heart to unconditional love and peace. The Breathwork will help you to reach higher states of spiritual consciousness, and restore balance, peace, and love in your life.
We begin the session with a transformational technique that generates an instant change in mindset and a permanent change to the subconscious mind.
Including breathing techniques that can be used for:
Feeling tired
Feeling over-anxious
Nervous
The mind is out of control
Overcoming compulsive eating
Breathing to assist in fasting
Breathing to speed up healing in your body.
Energy breathing
Dimensional breathing
Zen breathing
& Spiritual breathing
Breath-work is a potent healing modality for clearing fears, trauma, anger, depression, addictions and ancient ancestral programs that are stored within the cellular memory.
Please bring a yoga mat and a thin blanket along - you will need this for one of the Breathwork experiences which requires you to be lying down on the ground. (If you prefer sitting, that is okay too) It is a powerful healing modality that puts you into an altered state of consciousness. In this state, you are able to release trapped emotions and traumas allowing you to experience pure bliss.
