Francois is a highly focused, creative and solutions driven Entrepreneur, Property Developer and Deal Procurement Specialist with a Certificate Programme in Foundations of Business from University of Stellenbosch Business School. He has 10 years’ experience in Architecture & Design,
Project Management and Construction with a track record of over 20 projects. His international experience as a Project Designer at Development Design Group Inc. (Baltimore, Maryland, USA) brings a global perspective which set him on a different path. He has consulted for various firms & private clients both in South Africa & Namibia.
Raazik Nordien:

Raazik is a licensed architect who gained invaluable work experience working for well acclaimed Cape Town based firms Jonker and Barnes Architects as well as Blue Print Architects while also running his own practice UF Architects. This has given him the opportunity to be an integral part of a diverse range of projects in a short period of time. Raazik is currently focused on his Architecture firm UF Architects and Edge Developments.

Warren was the Real Estate Manager and Strategy Director for DHL Supply Chain. He was responsible for strategy alignment and business planning regarding real estate investments, development agreements and lease agreements. He was responsible for management of properties valued more than R1,0 billion and property developments of more than R200 million. He was behind many of DHL Supply Chain flagship properties in South Africa. He has personally concluded over 50 residential property acquisitions and coached over a 130 people in property investment.
During his 14-year corporate career with DHL Supply Chain, Imperial Logistics, Ernst & Young, Colliers International and Knight Piesold, Warren fulfilled various management roles, has managed teams more than 30 people and has consulted to various multi-national executive teams for Premier Foods, Mondelez, Johnson & Johnson, Kimberley Clarke, Namibian Breweries, Kellogg’s, Anglo American, British American Tobacco, TSB Sugar and Murray & Roberts.
Warren studied Civil Engineering at the University of Witwatersrand and cum lauded his masters in Engineering Management at the Rand Afrikaans University (now University of Johannesburg) and completed his thesis on cost accounting. He has a sound knowledge of construction and finance. He fully understands the importance of having an experienced and professional team in place to ensure a development project is a financial success.
