HOPE FOR ARIANA BENEFIT CONCERT

Ariana was delivered via emergency Caesar at just 28 weeks, her umbilical flow was diminished due to me having pneumonia and pleural effusion.

At 1kg she had to be resuscitated,this led to Hypoxia (inadequate oxygen to her brain),this resulted in her acquiring an incurable condition called Arrested Hydrocephalus (build up of CSF Fluid in the brain-non commnicating). Having spent 9 weeks in NICU, she is now 3 years old and its been a tough road thus far with many setbacks regarding her development, many other conditions have followed.

After having a VP Shunt inserted into her brain in January 2017 to assist with the increasing pressure, she now has Spastic Diplegic Cerebral Palsy, PVL, Global developmental delay, Epilepsy,Dystonia, Sensory Processing disorder, ADHD, is autistic,Sensorineural Hearing loss both ears. Shes independent on her parents for daily living due to nerve damage in her brain. At least 2 Stem Cell Transplants are required which will improve her quality of life. Other medical costs include costs for specialists doctors in Constantia Cape town, communication devices and mobility chairs, therapy costs,a caregiver, Foot orthotics, special needs schooling, etc.

This concert is planned to raise funds and awareness to Ariana's plight ,concert tickets are only R150 and bookings are now open .
