Vijay's Tamil film SARKAR in Cape Town, South Africa

SARKAR: Sarkar is a Tamil action drama movie directed by AR Murugadoss and Vijay and Keerthi Suresh in the lead roles. Sarkar is tipped to be yet another political film with Vijay fighting corrupt politicians. It is said that the actor is playing a role of a NRI who comes to India to work towards the betterment of the society. However, after certain incidents unfold, he realises that for helping the people, he needs to have power in his hands and decides to take the political plunge which eventually leads him to the top chair.

The film is produced by the prestigious Sun Pictures. The Music and background score composed by AR Rahman.
