With the glow still present from our inaugural event in May, the producers behind the Gin and Tonic Festival and The Neighbourgoods Market are excited to be bringing The Pan African Rum Festival to Cape Town this year.
A gathering of the finest local rum distillers, prestigious international rum houses and far-flung Pan-African estates.
The Pan African Rum Festival brings together South Africa’s pioneering local craft distilleries, exotic selections from Africa's historic rum regions, and some of the most iconic rum houses of the Caribbean.
The celebration of a spirit steeped in history and myth, reborn and refined by the finest small batch-distillers to be poured, mixed, shaken and enjoyed in a myriad forms.
Each producer presents their perfect serve among other tantalising cocktails, while a mouth-watering selection of Cape Town's finest rum eateries and street food stars serve up dishes from menus created for the festival.
DJ’s and live acts will keep you on the dancefloor through the day and into the sunset.
