Join Longevity director and health activist Gisèle WERTHEIM AYMéS and specialist Sean Beautement for a unique one hour workshop that will help provide you with active and effective ways of managing stress in your life, using active movement and mindfulness techniques.


Dress code: Clothes to move freely in, no shoes needed, gym/yoga wear as the workshop takes place on a mat.


Cost per ticket includes a healthy refreshment @ the Mesh
