WHAT TO EXPECT: Led by forager Roushanna Gray, come and experience a range of local wild herbs and discover how to utilise them in drinks. Learn how to preserve and prepare them, how to incorporate them into cocktails, hot and cold teas, in tinctures and syrups. Participants will each receive a herbal bouquet and prepare a wild flavoured tincture to take home.
WHAT IS INCLUDED: Plant notes and recipes. Botanical gin and tonics, summer fruit and wild flavoured canapés will be provided.
PLEASE BRING: One small clean glass bottle with a lid.
