DETAILS:

TRICK OR TREAT:

Start: Marshall Security @ 5pm

Route 1 (red): Blackburn Road towards Melrose Avenue, back to Marshall.

Route 2 (yellow): Station Ridge Road towards Firth Road, back to Marshall.

Both routes will have 2 x response vehicles assigned to them.

PARTICIPATING HOUSES:

1. Trick or treat is to be supplied by resident of participating houses. To be included on the map, please whatsapp Nicole : 082 460 6206 before the 29th October.

2. Participating houses are to hang an orange balloon on either their front gate / postbox, for easy identification.

3. To please ensure all dogs are safely kept away as can become anxious with the visitors of the night.

4. For more information on places bulk sweets can be bought, please contact Nicole: 082 460 6206

5. For families who would like to contribute to the "Sweet Stash" but who are not on the dedicated routes, please contact Nicole: 082 460 6206.

PARTICIPATING FAMILIES:

1. All participating families / friends and guests are to register their attendance on the ticketing platform QUICKET before 3pm on the 31st October 2018. Although there is no charge, this is for safety and catering purposes.

2. All participating families are encouraged to dress up for the event - there will be prizes for best dressed boy / girl / mom / dad.

3. Although there will be 2 x patrol vehicles assigned to each route, the onus is still on the parents / guardians to ensure their children adhere to the rules of the road, practice caution with strange dogs etc.

4. If you are a participating family who would like to contribute to the "Sweet Stash" please contact Nicole: 082 460 6206.

5. This event is open to friends and family who do not reside in the Mvoti area.

BRING & BRAAI:

This is the event we have ALL been waiting for - a community get together where we can FINALLY meet everyone we see on the various group chats.

Please join the organizers, bring your own dop en tjop for a bring and braai at the Marshall Security offices at 262 Blackburn Road, Durban North. Fires will be available from 5pm and because it is a school night, we hope to have the last little ghost or goblin safely in their beds by 9pm.

• Food stuffs
• Drinks / beverages
• Cutlery & crockery
• Chairs
