PopUpGym is finally making it's way to the East Rand!!

The popular fitness movement, powered by adidas is all about showing everyone that health & fitness can be enjoyed anywhere, anytime.

Sound tracked by bluetooth headphones, the event essentially becomes a fitness silent disco party.

The line up will include zumba, aerobics and dance fitness by highly skilled fitness trainers and health and fitness related conversations in between the sessions.

There will also be great prizes to be won.
