ABOUT

For the third installment of The New Normal we have invited clinical psychologist Robyn Smith to present an 1.5 hour talk covering this very real and often unconscious aspect to modern day parenting, how it affects the dynamic between parents as well as the child.

Robyn Smith addresses the issues that all parents face as she debunks the myths of “perfect” parenting in

the modern age. A talk, designed to empower parents to make the decisions required to reduce anxiety and improve their parental capacity.

The talk will cover the following: What makes a good parent? How do I balance the often competing roles of wife and mother? What is reasonable to expect from my partner? Fathers are encouraged to attend too.

The New Normal is a platform to bring awareness to the real and honest shared experiences of new and early motherhood because what you’re feeling and going through right now, hundreds of women in your city, country and across the world are too.
