ABOUT
Body, Breath & Balance weekend retreat is held at the beautiful Hearth & Soul Eco Farm (www.hearthandsoul.co.za) from 26 - 29 October
~ a Weekend of Being with the Body, the Breath & inviting an element of Balance in all we do. All our retreats intrinsically incorporate a balance between Eat Play & Love ~ we invite you to join the #retreatyourself & #selflove revolution
WHAT TO EXPECT:
During this weekend we will focus on the body through daily yoga of various styles to incorporate Yin & Yang, we immerse ourselves in nature, we learn about nurturing our bodies through plant-based foods & learn about maintaining hormone balance, by addressing underlying causes and building a solid foundation of optimal gut health, through nutrition and lifestyle support ( ~ with Hormonal Harmony).
You will also have an opportunity to Collaborate in Creating a delicious plant-based meal, and learn new recipes for vegan living.
We honour Being through Meditation, Journalling, Sister Circles & Flower Crown making.
You will also have the opportunity to experience a healing (half hour) Reiki session.
We learn more about our Breath through specialised breathing techniques from our Yoga instructor, Jean from Bodhi Breathwork.
We will be held and guided through a Conscious Connected Breathing session; this is an ancient breathing technique where we remove the pause between the breaths and enter into a transpersonal state.
Entering into this natural and expanded state activates the body's inner healing intelligence, releasing blockages and traumas that are held in the body & cells

All activities are optional of course, this is a time for you to do exactly what serves you best, within a healing, supported and held space.
We invite an element of BALANCE to encompass us in all we do & what we take with us.
