The office is made up by a professional para-legal team of 10 and one conveyancing attorney. With a national footprint of correspondent attorneys, we are able provide a service covering all the provinces.


Conveyancing matters are conducted through the latest software made available by Korbitek and E4, further supported by our 24/7 web based reporting system, Avid Flow, which enables clients and estate agents to gain access to their own matters on a 24/7 basis, through a safe link and via a secure username and password system.

Meyer used his legal and conveyancing background and gathered inspiration to start Rent2buy, My Budget Fitness, Consumer Housing Education and My Bond Fitness from his company’s participation in raising funds and subsequently constructing houses in the Mfuleni township project and this led to ground-breaking home ownership education programmes for some 3 700 employees of African Bank and as well as a home ownership education programme for a tenant base of 11 00 Just Property tenants.


The challenges that these potential home owners had to overcome in order to acquire their homes, together with establishing a track record and maintaining such, planted the seed for De Waal to find a creative solution.
