A South African and UK-based performance psychology firm which has advised the likes of 02, British Airways, Nike SA, Royal Mail, Rolls-Royce, Darren Clarke, Janine van Wyk, SA and UK Olympic athletes, SARU, David Moyes and Roberto Martinez; has launched an inspirational programme for individuals and small to medium-sized businesses in Gauteng.
i2i’s “ProjectME” will help people to identify areas of growth within their respective careers and/or businesses and implement the psychological strategies and theoretical models to ensure targets are achieved.
The inaugural ProjectME is taking place over two days at Emirates Airline Park on 30 & 31 January 2019.
The session will explore how people can instill the power of positive thinking into their lives and the work place to deliver world-class results.

This session passes on very powerful information for use later in the programme. You will also learn how the brain drives behaviour.
Session 4
The Working Brain and The Human Mind.
We introduce delegates to the concepts around the working of the human mind. The session includes a very powerful visual model.
Session 5
Self Talk.
Delegates learn here the first three strategies for change after learning the concepts that underpin them.
Session 6
Performance Zones and Team Cultures.
Understand performance zones and change takes time plus a hard-hitting lecture and group discussion on leadership and team-ship styles and principles, beginning with a look at personal accountability.
Session 7
Work Life Balance and Success.
This session includes a detailed audit of current work-life balance behaviours and issues then leads into understanding the blueprint of success with individual and group exercises.
Session 8
Strategies and Summary.
Summary of strategies and recommendations made so far with delegates privately detailing their own action plans.
