On behalf of the St Mary’s School PTA golf day committee, we look forward to your participation in the Discovery St Mary’s Golf Day.
We welcome all new and returning participants, be it through your sponsorship, donation or participation on the day, and we are grateful for your continued support of the golf day. We are honoured to have you join us for a day of great golf and camaraderie.
The Discovery St Mary’s Golf Day is the most important fundraising event for the St Mary’s School PTA. Funds generated on the day are used to foster the community spirit at St Mary’s and to assist the school in various key projects including the multi-purose facility that is currently under construction which will benefit all the girls.
There is also an opportunity to sponsor a child on the Ikusasa Lethu Programme. This programme supports pupils from the five high schools in Alexandra and surrounding areas with educational mentoring and supplementary tuition through a Saturday school held at St Mary's. This gives pupils the resources and support they need to finish matric with the best possible results and apply for tertiary education.
