Naomi Mtshali: Pre-Investment Manager, Industrial Development Co-oporation
Naomi has a career that spans more than 20 years in various positions in the IDC (Industrial Development Co-operation), ranging from Client Care Administrator, to Senior Account Manager and Senior Associate. She has experience in deal development and deal structuring as well as in post investment transaction management. She is currently the Manager in the Pre-Investment Business Centre within the Industrial Development Corporation of SA (IDC).
Darlene Menzies: Chief Executive Officer, Finfind
Darlene is the Chief Executive Officer of Finfind, South Africa’s leading online SME access to finance solution. She is a public speaker and a media spokesperson and recognised expert on the SME sector. The World Economic Forum named Darlene Menzies one of 6 Top Female Tech Breakthrough Entrepreneurs in Africa for 2017.
Vusi Fele: Chief Procurement Officer at Absa Group Limited
Vusi has over 20 years’ experience in delivering optimal results and business value. He is experienced in supply chain, strategic sourcing, quality control, administration, logistics, supplier development, sustainability and Black Economic Empowerment from diverse industrial sectors.
Nirmala Reddy: Senior Manager Enterprise Development Business Banking at Nedbank
Nirmala is responsible for SME support and development within the enterprise development and supplier development space at Nedbank, including strategy and execution. Her exposure and experience across community development and the business arena has provided a valuable, insightful platform to her current sphere of SME, enterprise and supplier development.

Clint has over 12-years’ experience in the industry and is passionate about procurement, transformation and sustainability. Clint also holds a master’s degree in Development Finance from Stellenbosch University.
Bishen Morgan: Sustainability and Capabilities Director at AB InBev
Bishen is an experienced Director of Procurement with a demonstrated history of working in the consumer goods industry. He is skilled in marketing management, product management, marketing strategy, and business strategy.
