ABOUT
Since 1997, Earthdance has been held in over 1000 locations in 80 countries, and presented thousands of DJs and artists. The highlight of the Earthdance global event is the Prayer for Peace music track, played at the same moment at all locations, an early example of what is now known as subtle activism and practiced by many groups worldwide producing synchronized meditation events. Earthdance events have supported hundreds of charities worldwide and are guided by an international collective of longtime producers.
Earthdance is aligned with the United Nations International Day of Peace observance, held on September 21st each year.
The twenty-second anniversary theme is:
“Plant Peace, Plant ________“, signifying the need for citizens all over the world to think about what it is we need to plant to make our world a better place. This could be trees, medicine, ideas etc . Earthdance combines music, community, social consciousness, support of charities and activism, asserting that peace is as much about living fully and thriving, as it is is about protesting war (as important as that may be).
We believe in practical ways to heal our planet so we will be supporting a charity that plants trees.
The charity we will be supporting is Greenpop who to date have planted nearly 80 000 trees, in 3 countries which benefit 350 000 people.

Your Earthdance ticket includes camping for the 21st-23rd September.
NB: Gates will open as of 12pm Friday 21st September
Any persons wishing to check in the day before, are more than welcome to do so.... Naturally there will be crew on site finishing set up. However that extra nights accommodation, will be at an additional cost. This cost once again must be sorted out directly with the venue.

Directions:
-Go towards Durban North Coast
-Take the Fairbreeze turnoff
-Turn Left off the offramp.
-Go straight on the dirt road for 700m
-Turn Right (Sign towards 'The Farm')
-Follow signs to the venue
-Arrive at the Magic
