INSTRUCTIONS TO BOOK YOUR TICKETS

Dear Graduate 2018

Isa students must USE A PROMOTION CODE to book their tickets. Your STUDENT NUMBER is the unique PROMOTION CODE. This promotion code allows access for only 3 free ticket holders (including the student) as per Graduation policy, unless arranged otherwise with the Academy. You will find the PROMOTION CODE FIELD, located under "Choose your tickets, ticket type"

HOW TO BOOK FOR STUDENT AND 2 FREE GUESTS

1. Type your student number in the PROMOTION CODE field and APPLY
2. Next to the Graduate, plus 2 Guests - Free entry, choose the amount of free tickets limited to 3 (unless arranged otherwise). This ticket type includes student and 2 free guests.
3. Choose ORDER and capture ticket holder details, choose COMPLETE ORDER at the bottom of the details field.
4. You will receive your free tickets via email if you mark this field on the ticket details form

HOW TO BOOK FOR STUDENT, 2 FREE GUESTS AND ADDITIONAL PAYING GUESTS

SHOULD YOU NEED TO BUY ADDITIONAL TICKETS, follow steps 1 & 2 above AND next to the "Non-Isa Student - Additional Paying Guest/s" field, add the number of tickets (limited to 5).

1. Follow the payment instructions
2. Capture all guest details and choose COMPLETE ORDER
3. You will receive your tickets via email if you mark this field on the ticket details form
