Secret Sunrise Cape Town and Shift are excited to come together to bring you the 3rd Edition of our FULL MOON SECRET SUNSET :)
Celebrate life like never before - Dance, Breath & Have Fun with your feet in the Sand.
This event brings together the best of Secret Sunrise Cape Town and Shift to make a completely unique event that combines guided dance, mindfulness, movement and meditation on one of the most beautiful beaches in Cape Town - Clifton 2nd.
It is so easy to get caught up in our daily lives that we forget to see the magic, the beautiful and ABUNDANCE that surrounds us.
This event is giving you the opportunity to do exactly this. To simply be who you are, to dance, move, connect with new people and truly celebrate the gift of life.
The theme of this Full Moon Secret Sunset is ACTIVATING ABUNDANCE. Abundance is not about things. Abundance is a state of being and shifting into the awareness that we are abundant in each and every moment.

The Moon plays such a crucial role in our existence. It governs our seasons, our ocean tides, our emotions and relationships. The Full Moon represents the ending of a cycle and the beginning of a new, so we invite you to come and celebrate all that has past and all the love and abundance that is to come.
This Full Moon is in the sign of Taurus, bringing awareness to our stability, our relationship to the earth and our sense of ABUNDANCE!!
