Mama City Improv Festival is the first and only international improv comedy festival in Africa! This improv comedy extravaganza promises five days and nights of outrageously hilarious IMPROV COMEDY! With performers from South Africa, Canada, USA, Argentina, UK, and more! Plus some of the best international teachers on the scene!
Mama City Improv Fest is all about growing the improv community in Africa. In particular, we envision a South Africa with improv theatres in every major city, classes in every school and heaps of fun through breaking pace with the daily grind, and discovering spontaneous comedy, one scene at a time.
