• The Face of Upington is a local pageant designed to offer young women, who are single, never married and between the ages of 16-25 an opportunity to share their knowledge and beauty through volunteer work and to be an ambassador of change for the community of Upington. We are a female empowerment program for young ladies of Upington. It is not a beauty pageant in the traditional sense of the word. The Face of Upington aim to be the best pageant in Upington and is truly a life-changing journey for the ladies that enter this renowned empowerment program.We believe that this can be achieved through strong values, professionalism, honesty and fair business practices. We believe we owe consistent application of our rules and regulations to all of our present or future contestants and directors. Our ladies should be proud of who they are and embrace the talents that God has given them. The Face of Upington is not a typical beauty pageant but an empowerment program. Glamour and sophistication are part of the criteria, but the ladies that enter and win have all those relatable stories we looking for.
Our ladies should be amazing,loving,strong,happy,selfless and graceful.Natural born females who are South-African born citizens.
