ABOUT

Budokon Yoga Mysore Morning Programme: where the traditional method of learning Ashtanga Yoga meets the flowing circular movements of the Budokon Primary Series.


Jim Harrington and the expert Budokon Yoga Teachers at ReUnion Yoga & Meditation have put together a unique way of learning the Budokon Primary Series. We apply the traditional way of learning and practicing Ashtanga Yoga to the Budokon Yoga sequence: one-on-one instruction, progressing at your own pace, but with the support of a group energy.


This special and unique way of learning will equip and empower you to cultivate your own Budokon Yoga practice, so that you can practice on your own, anywhere, anytime.


How does it work:

Every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday morning. Arrive at any time that suits you, from 6.15 am and practice as long as you like, finishing up by 8.15 am.

You will be taught each section of the Budokon Primary Series progressively - moving on from one part to the next at a pace that works for you. The instruction will be tailored to your specific needs.


No experience is required and beginners are encouraged to join.


The Budokon Yoga Primary Series consists of 7 intelligently assembled sections of slow and controlled movements. Synchronizing classical yoga with martial arts, calisthenics & animal locomotion, the techniques are learned through repetition, precision & mental focus.
