This is a workshop for Physicians and Medical professionals.

Bringing heart care and deep healing back into healthcare begins with the physician’s own care for self.

The decades of conditioned and self-imposed limitations, disconnects us from our innate healing potential and prevents full alignment with our patient’s issues. Clearing these habitual blocks and self restrictions will re-connect us with the unbounded power to heal, out of which enhanced diagnosis, expansive therapies and collaborative transformative healing for our patients can take place.

The single most powerful experiential technique or therapeutic tool for self discovery. It is safe, empowering and will revolutionaries the need and dependency on psychotherapy because it cuts to the heart of the limiting issue. This has been a profound and moving experience.

The PATH Method, is a hands on dynamics skillset will connect you with your sub-conscious and super-conscious internal landscape, using a language of expansive experiential awareness capacities that include visualization, imaginative thinking, recall, body sensing, feeling, body expression and self-witnessing.

• This will enable you to discover in partnership with your patients, the root causes of their illness and the means to transform and heal them.
• By finding your empowered physician within, the will to heal, intuitive healing resources and the compassion and empathy for your patients will seamlessly emerge.
• This will lead to a blossoming of a Participatory Medicine that will nurture and support a collaboration between physician, patient and community.
• Diagnostic skills where language or cultural barriers exist will become easier as inviting the patient to somatically express their pain, ache, malaise as you attune to their experience within yourself.

The course will be facilitated by Dr. Raoul Goldberg, a well known Holistic Integrative Medical  Doctor. Dr Goldberg has developed a unique brand of integrative medicine which combines anthroposophical medicine, homeopathy, functional medicine, nutritional medicine, somatic counseling, where the patient or client is an active partner in the diagnostic and therapeutic programme. His clinic of 35 years has recently been transformed into the PATH to Health Centre.  He is the author of Awakening to Child Health” (Hawthorn Press, UK), “Addictive Behaviour in Children and Young Adults: The Struggle for Freedom” ( Floridis Press, UK) and many other publications on Integrative Medicine and Child Health. He has practiced Integrative medicine since graduating from Medical School in 1973. He trained for close on a decade in Switzerland and Germany before returning to his homeland, South Africa. He is a PhD Candidate in the Transpersonal Psychology Department at the California Institute of Integral Studies where he is conducting a medical trial along with Integrative Oncologist Dr. Dwight Mckee exploring how the psyche impacts physiology in cancer patients.

He will be assisted by Dana Smirin, a PATH Method facilitator and Co- Director at Dr Goldbergs' Clinic. She is a certified Institue of Functional Medicine Health and Wellness Coach and has a post at the University of Cape Town Medical School Department of Synthetic Biology.
