Join COSMO at our first-ever, epic Fit, Fun & Fearless fitness party to celebrate the start of the sweat season – summer! With the cold, dark mornings of winter now a distant (though still unwelcome) memory, there’s no better time to get your girlfriends together for a fun AF sweat sesh, filled with trendy fitness classes, pumping tunes, healthy treats and more!

What’s the vibe?

Taking place at one of Johannesburg’s coolest studios with insane, breathtaking views of Braamfontein, COSMO Fit, Fun & Fearless will see Reebok ambassador and all-around fitspo kween Caley Jäck leading three epic workouts, assisted by fellow Reebok ambassador and TV personality, K Naomi and COSMO September Issue cover star, Boity Thulo!

The classes? 

The workouts are pitched at all levels of fitness and include:

• An upbeat aerobics class
• A body-balance workout
• A body combat session

Any extras? 

Re-fuel pre- and post-workout with a carnival of delicious healthy eats and drinks from our wellness warriors; GNC, Smartbite and Smartlife. Think smoothie bar and delish snacking stations offering treats like date balls and snack bars. PLUS, an insane goodie bag and bomb prizes up for grabs!

What to bring? 

Come along in comfortable takkies, a sports bra, workout tights or shorts and a workout top. BYO sweat towel. Water bottles will be provided.
