Women in Entrepreneurship WEEK is the first of it's kind and a one stop premium annual destination for all that is Business and Leadership focused for women in Southern Africa. Set to launch on the 3rd of September 2018 the event will attract 25 of the best female Entrepreneur Speakers as well as Local Exhibitors, Top Influencers and more. This is an annual one stop conference for female owned or managed start ups that need the support or information and network for their businesses to potentially grow in the 1st 5 years of launching. Whether it is a side hustle or a full time passion you seek information on how to get started and launch that brilliant idea, this is the conference for you.
The theme for our debut launch is called "THE AGE OF DISRUPTION" inspired by the rise of many social movements in SA that started between 2015 to 2018 truly enforcing the message that we are powerful as a collective. Disruption is not comfortable but often a necessity. Who are the disruptors making waves in business and leadership? How are they doing it differently? Businesses are not immune to social change and it is our belief that we can use that inspiration towards good and start a movement that celebrates excellence.
This annual event is about acknowledging, showcasing the diversity of our success as women and getting word out about our efforts, challenges , wins and the impact we are making in our business environments, businesses and communities. Women in Entrepreneurship Week is a destination for sharing ideas, experiences be it similar or different and accessing tools, a network of women to collaborate with and a chance to market your brand.
