ABOUT
The workshop will be conducted by Frans Noltee and its purpose is to teach the participants how to make better plant pictures. The one day workshop is meant to provide information that will allow those people who have some experience in photographing plants the chance to expand their knowledge.
The workshop is designed with those who have experience in mind. Those attending should have a reasonable understanding of photography and know how to use their equipment. Each participant will be provided with a copy of Frans’ e-book, "Making Great Plant Pictures" as soon as confirmed booking has been made.
Advance booking is essential. Bookings for this event will only be excepted until 2 September 2018.
The workshop will be divided in 3 parts:
PART 1 (09:30 to 12:00)
The workshop will start will be discussion on composition and “improving your photography step by step”. Attendees may bring previous plant pictures to be discussed and evaluated. Lunch at a local restaurant (Meal at own expense).
PART 2 (13:30 to 17:00)
An afternoon in the veld to practice what has been learned in the morning session. Dinner at a local restaurant ( Meal at own expense).
PART 3 (19:00 to 21:30)
Showing of images captured in the afternoon for evaluation and discussion.

ABOUT FRANS NOLTEE
Frans Noltee became interested in photography and succulent plants at about the same time, somewhere in the mid 1950’s. Since then, the two hobbies have played an important role in his life.
