ABOUT
I am embarking on a very interesting music and artistic project. For the first time I am staging a tribute show to the legendary singer, Bob Dylan.
I have been a student of Bob Dylan since 1981, when I started playing his music, while still at high school. Dylan has always resonated with me. His artistic intensity is unsurpassed.
For many years I have wanted to celebrate this legend of folk, pop, rock and blues.
Dylan’s achievements have been recognized in the incredible number of awards he has achieved. From Grammy awards, Oscar award, Music Hall of Fame, etc., right up to being awarded the Nobel prize for literature in 2016.
Bob Dylan has been part of my life for nearly 30 years! Kimberley was the town I grew up in, and now after being away for more than 30 years, I am bringing the opening of this incredible show home.
It’s the music I started with, the city I grew up in, and from an artistic point of view it is being delivered at the finest gallery in the country.
Each event will be limited to 150 people. So, the show is very interactive and personal.
I am honoured to be able to bring this special event to Kimberley.
