After the success of last year’s must-visit event for meat lovers, Eat Out and Tramontina will once again be hosting a Steak Out in Joburg. On Saturday 15 September the Fourways Farmer’s Market will host eight top steakhouses from Gauteng, who will pit their sharpest knives against each other to impress guests with their signature cut of steak and sides.
R350 gets you entry, a taster from each of the eight steakhouses at the event, a Tramontina steak knife and two free drinks. Doors open at 12 noon and there is a cash bar available.
Last year’s Steak Out included tempting tasters such as dry-aged sous-vide sirloin; picanha rump with mushroom sauce; fillet with peppadews, feta and Café de Paris butter; and even a bone marrow and whisky shot!
