Enjoy an evening of inspirational music with HA!Man Francois Le Roux, accomplished cellist and master at musical improvisation, in aid of raising funds for the Rhino Connect Orphan’s Milk Fund. Francois will be entertaining you amongst the creative art work exhibited at The Melrose Gallery at Melrose Arch, Johannesburg on Tuesday 21 August 2018.WHY A MILK FUND?
As a result of poaching and other traumatic events, wildlife orphans are left behind and need to be hand reared. The milk formula that these babies require is specialised, and like human babies, often require milk for the first 24 months of their lives.
The Rhino Connect Orphans Milk Fund assists rhino owners and rehabilitation centres cover the cost of this precious milk which will help ensure the survival of the next generation of our wildlife heritage.
WHO IS HA!Man?
Francois Le Roux describes himself; “As a performing artist, I call myself the “HA!Man”. Most of my creativity springs from a flow of feeling, a breath (HA!) of skilful and three-dimensionally framed spontaneity – in a world still very much dominated by mental predetermination” HA!, which means you cannot quite define or describe what the event would be like, except for that it would surprise, it would hit right to the heart, and that it would cover a virtual world journey of styles and feelings and textures.”

What is RHINO CONNECT?
Rhino Connect is an NPO focusing on the protection and conservation of rhino within the private sector in South Africa. The organisation has, over the years, forged close relationships with privately owned wildlife conservation groups, protecting a wide variety of animals, the majority being listed as endangered or vulnerable. One of our main and most successful focus areas is involving members of the public in rhino conservation efforts.
