ABOUT
Austrian born jazz singer Edith Klug and pianist Daniel de Wet team up to present a program of co-written original compositions and jazz standards. Expect to be transported back to an era of jazz swing, blues, and Latin jazz,with hints of the modern coming through. The duo is joined by the brilliant Prof. Marc Duby on double bass.

Hors d'oeuvre: cucumber, cream cheese and salmon medallions
Starter: Potato and leek bake served with rye sourdough bread
Main meal: Chicken ragout in philo baskets and roasted vegetables
Dessert: Apple caramel crêpes.
