The practice of intentionally influencing your thinking, feeling and behaviours to achieve your objective/s. - Bryant & Kazan 2012
An expanded Self-Leadership definition is:
Self-leadership is having a developed sense of who you are, what you can do, where you are going coupled with the ability to influence your communication, emotions and behaviours on the way to getting there. - Charles C. Manz
In this 2-day seminar we will look at the different components involved in cultivating Self-leadership.
An overview of these components:
- Looking at the background of the psychology of personal developmentf and the factors which play an important role in this development
- the different aspects that forms our personalities
- the hieracy of values
- the basic principal of Balance across the 4 areas of Life
- our coping mechanisms and the effects thereof on our life and physical being
- the psychological dimensions of change
- our subconscious mind
- simple methods of self-reflection
- the benefits of meditation in our personal development

Dr. Jutta Lenz is a Doctor of Philosophy, has a Masters Degree in Psychology and she also specialises in Sports Science, Educational Science, Business and health coaching and teaching yoga.
She is a management consultant, facilitator, business and health coach in companies national and international in the US, Norway, Germany, Austria and Switzerland. She also spends time working with the governments of Germany and Austria.
She is a change management facilitator for individuals and organizations while they are going through a time of transformation to deal with life crises and conflicts. She offers participative coaching and counselling as well as health coaching that includes stress management, burnout, lifestyle and nutrition.
Jutta is passionate about her mission to help other people to grow in their inner self and guiding them to find their own way to discover a mindful, meaningful life.

Michael Wallner is a 24yr old Austrian, who holds a Bachelors’ degree in Economics and Law.
At the age of sixteen Michael was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis which resulted in years of doctors’ visits and uncertainty as to what his future holds. Doctors told him that there was no cure for MS.
Despite everything the doctors said to him he was determined to beat the disease. He started working out regularly, changed his diet and started doing Qi Gong exercises. Fighting Multiple Sclerosis was a challenge which led him to discover the power of the mind.
Today Michael is a confident, intelligent, and successful visionary. He is now coaching people from all walks of life, all over the world. He is committed to changing people’s lives and helping them find the power within.
