A new home for comedy is found in the heart of the Cape Town CBD at Craft Burger Bar on Buitengracht Street. Craft Comedy Club promises to be the new home for the vibrant underground stand-up scene in the Mother City.
Savanna Comics Choice Award winner Phil de Lange is teaming up with Craft Burger Bar to put on a weekly stand-up comedy evening, to showcase South Africa’s hilarious comedy talent.
Every Thursday Craft Comedy Club will give audience members a glimpse into how comedians work on their craft. By allowing established acts to practice new material and offer a platform for new acts to try stand-up for the first time, comedy lovers can expect a warm and intimate show, with South Africa’s big names in comedy joining on a weekly basis.
