Phillipa Geard from RecruitMyMom shares her story into the the tech space and her challenges as a woman in business and in tech. 
We could tell you about her accolades and that of her bsuiness, like being a finalist in the Cape Talk Sage Pastel Small Business Award, or being winner of the Top 20 Small Busienss Awards in 2017, or that Phillipa was the winner of the NSBC National Woman in Business Champion Award in 2017, but all that pales in significance in to her real passion and her real contribution to South African woman:
providing a wonderful way to bring family and work together in a sustainable and creative way. We LOVE the combination of tech to solve a simple problem of keeping experience and skill in the job market in a flexible way.
