Spend the day in the lap of luxury, surrounded by the magnificence of the Helderberg mountains, Lourensford Wine Estate is a spectacle all of its own.
As a way of honoring all incredible women this women's month, the Root to Rise Academy team will be hosting a FREE Women's day retreat just for you spectacular women! Yes, you read correctly! FREE!
We will begin the day with a workshop embodying the concepts of Feminine Superpowers such as emotional courage and deep listening as we explore tools and understanding of the power which comes from finding stillness within.
A vinyasa yoga class designed to ignite feminine flow, union and calm will follow this enlightening and empowering workshop. Thereafter participants will be gently and expertly led through a guided meditation designed to calm the body and mind, bringing deep peace and stillness to all those who partake.
After a wondrous morning of workshop discussions, yoga and meditation, you will have the option to explore the breath-taking grounds of the Lourensford Wine Estate, do some shopping at the quaint gift shop or should you so choose, partake in one of the optional day extras.
These include a wine and chocolate pairing for only R150pp as well as a 30min Life Spa massage for only R300pp.
Please note, bookings for the optional extras as stated above are to be booked separately through Life Retreats once your FREE ticket for the retreat has been booked and confirmed.
