After a sold out 2017 season, Kevin Abraham is back in Grahamstown with - “10 Strings and a box” – a show that has been hailed for its distinctive and powerful passion for live acoustic music.
For this performance, guitarist and singer Kevin collaborates with renowned percussionist Kristo Zondagh, and Violin whizz-kid David Kyd, to deliver a distinctive acoustic sound which is both engaging and technically excellent..
"10 strings and a box” is a “sit down and listen” kind of a show. You can expect a rich mix of familiar, older tunes, along with self-written songs that are strong and engaging; Although they perform several songs out of the 70's and 80's era, this is definitely not a tribute show. It's about making every song their own, delivered in new, often surprising ways.
