SIYA B (Siyabonga Radebe Mthembu) returns to the stand-up comedy stage with a new one man show The Black Knight.
He is a well-known South African actor who has worked on numerous acclaimed local film projects that have made a mark on an international platform such as, the Oscar winning District 9, an international commercial with Idris Alba and he has received accolades from the South African Film and Television Awards which he also had the opportunity in 2017 to be part of the judging panel.
The Black Knight is Siyabonga’s biographical story told through stand-up comedy. This is a story of trial and error, trials and tribulations, raising and falling, battles and triumph.
Siyabonga speaks on his life growing up in the townships of KwaZulu Natal and how that shaped him to being the man we have learnt to love and appreciate on our television and on stage.
