Our next heart-warming Concert will take place at 15:00 on 5 August in the beautiful, tranquil setting of the St. Martins-in-the-Veld Anglican Church, situated at 43 Cradock Avenue, Dunkeld.
Works to be performed are the Magnificat by Antonio Vivaldi and Gabriel Fauré’s much-loved Requiem.
The recently expanded Johannesburg Bach Choir will be joined by two outstanding soloists: Hendré van Zyl and Esti Meerkotter.
As usual, Ruth Coggin will be accompanying us on the organ and our maestro, Tim Roberts will keep it all together.
And we know that there will be those who simply do not see their way free to attending any winter events, but don’t despair; we serve a mean hot cuppa (with cookies too) afterwards.
