DAISY THE TRUCK | VET ON WHEELS | All Dr Katherine Barker and her team need to reach animals in some of the most remote places in South Africa, is:her truck,

her water tank,
her team,
and like everything else, funds.
Mauste is an informal settlement near Lesotho. Animal breeding is prolific and puppies/kittens are often left in the rubbish dump. Katherine was the first Vet to visit this area, when she did the first project in January 2018. The response from the Mautse community was overwhelming. Owners and pets came from early in morning till late into the night and well into the next day. There weren't enough funds nor materials to sterilise the volume of pets that turned up and that is why we are going back and need your help!
