ABOUT
Eliminator - short course heat racing format of mountain biking.4 riders at a time race around a short course(roughly 700m) being tested on their speed, power and bike handling skills. It is one sprint lap with the top 2 finishers advancing to the next round and the bottom 2 being eliminated from the event.
Formally a stand alone series that has been running since 2014, this year the Eliminator joined the SA XCO Cup circuit which will end with a bang at the first SA XCE Championship on the same weekend as SA XCO Champs. The winners will not only be collecting valuable points for the overall series but they will also be awarded the first National XCE Jersey!
There is prize money for the podium finishers as well as a host of raffle draw prizes so everyone stands the chance to win! There is also a second raffle draw taking place in August where all entrants from the series stand the chance to win some incredible prizes from our sponsors:
