TLC Children’s Home is holding a fundraiser at the Gold Reef City Barnyard Theatre. Proceeds from ticket sales, a lucky draw and auction will go to TLC.

Event Details:
Big Top Rock, a non-stop, action-packed thrill ride of entertainment!

Date:
25 August 2018

Time:
Show starts at 20h00 and doors open at 18h30. There will be an auction after the show.

Venue:
Barnyard Theatre - Gold Reef City, Gold Reef City Casino
Cnr Northern Parkway & Data Crescent
Ormonde, Johannesburg (see map)

Catering:
You may bring your own picnic basket or purchase food at the venue. You also have the option to purchase a picnic basket for two (Halaal / Vegetarian option available), when you purchase your tickets.

Picnic Basket - R500, serves 2:
A rustic wooden crate which you keep, decorated and packed for 2, complete with a delicious menu, plates, cutlery serviettes, toothpick, wet wipes and after dinner mints.

Menu:
  • Freshly baked bread served with butter.
  • Roast chicken pieces with mustard & gherkin or vegetarian quiche (Halaal / Vegetarian)
  • Estate cheese platter with preserve, roasted nuts, fruit and biscuits
  • Mini Meatballs with tzatziki or Falafel Balls (Halaal / Vegetarian)
  • Gourmet Popcorn
  • Malva Pudding with custard



Auction:
Bid for a 4 night stay in Apartment No 1, Sangaree, one of the most beautiful places on earth! Up to 8 people can stay, self catering (accommodation only.)

Also up for auction are two hampers with a whole range of goodies, and a whole lot more!

Lucky Draw:
We have 2 hampers up for grabs in our Lucky Draw - be sure to choose a ticket that includes a Lucky Draw entry (or three)! You can also buy Lucky Draw Tickets on the night.
