I'm Power: Self Defense & Empowerment Workshop is a female only event, brought to you by Future Females with Gary Barret, the machine behind True Muay Thai and Rochelle Jane, the spirit behind Rochelle Jane Coaching.
Holding your head up knowing, inside, you are enough. You are powerful and strong.
Holding up your being because you know that, your body is able to protect you with the skills you will learn.
We need to defend our bodies and our minds.
Muay Thai & Life Coaching:
When your body starts to tell your brain "I can't" and your brain starts believing it. Know that you always have 40% more to give. You can. And you will.
Rewrite the narrative of how you see yourself and how you take on the world by taking back control.
We invite you to learn what you already have inside and how to use it, so that you can stop operating on what you think you were given and what you were meant to do with it.
Wear:
The first part of the workshop will be physical. Wear active wear that you can move around in and not have to readjust. Shoes, you will be barefoot so arriving in sneakers or slops will be perfect. Bring a hair tie and a water bottle with a small sweat towel.
The second part of the workshop is an interactive discussion so bring a warm top for when you cool down. Please also bring a notebook.
What to expect:
Although all are welcome, it is not advised that pregnant ladies take part in the physical portion of this event to the extent that is intended.

Through Muay Thai inspired self defense and engaging mind discussions, you will leave feeling confident and able in your own body as you realise where your mind and bodies limits are.
