Speakers and Guest Speakers at the Workshop:

Andrew Carlsson:
Andrew has been working for the ICB for 31 years and has been the Chief Executive for the last 17 years and the Strategic Advisor for the last year.

During his tenure, he has been actively involved in the development of several qualifications which are registered on the NQF including working with the QCTO to develop occupational qualifications.  Until recently, he served on three of Fasset working groups as well as served a two term on Fasset's Board.

Barbara Cawcutt:
Currently the Group General Manager at the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers - ICB.

Managing all company entities concurrently as Group General Manager certainly hones skills with all levels of Operations, Finance,Compliance and Quality, Professional bodies, Marketing, IR/HR mentorship and employee development.

Mitchell Miles:
Mitchell completed a Diploma in Public Relations Management and with 5 years experience in the industry, he was appointed at ITHSA as a Business Development Consultant.

Tarryn-Lee Carelse:
Tarryn completed her qualification in Office Administration. She is currently working as the Business Unit Team leader for ITHSA.

Mandisa Gumede:
Mandisa is a Regional Academic Client Consultant and Acting Compliance Officer at ICB. Her roles entail working closely with providers tackling Academics and Compliance matters. She als has Risk Advisory experience (within Deloitte) and is currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Law Degree.

Jacques de Villiers:
Jacques is CEO at The Growth Group. He holds quoalifications in Human Resource Management, Management SErvices, Marketing Management and Post School Education.

He is a trained Assessor, Moderator and Skills Development Facilitator and has published two books: 'Law for Tourism' and 'Study Skills for life Success, while contributing to serveral other  academic publications.

Linda Meyer:
An accomplished Executive with twenty + year's performance-driven experience in the fields of General Management, Business Development, Stakeholder Advancement and Talent  Management in the Private and Public Sectors.

Proficiency in innovative corporate strategies to build coalition to support business growth, implement and manage change to drive organisational performance with C-Level decision makers. Specialising in business development, turnaround and senior-level operations for multiple locations, including detailed analysis, consulting and the effective management of projects and resource management in elevating business performance.

Amanda Coetzee:
Amanda is currently the Team Leader for Product Development at Edge Learning Media. Amanda completed her honours degree in Psychology, undergraduate B.A. Degree in Criminology and Psychology, a Diploma in Criminal Justice and Forensic Investigations and most recently a Post Graduate Certificate in Education. (Senior Phase and Futher Education and Training: English and Life Orientation).

Eloise Horne:
Eloise have been working with ICB for close on 9 years. In her current role she manages the full assessment process as well as being an active member on the ICB's Academic Board.
